    This app consistently stops working, the app eats through the battery, it freezes or seizes up the phone. I have a new phone so it's not my phone. About half the time it'll tell you to go left verbally and right with the arrow or vice versa. Other times the screen just goes black and the person keeps talking. Most recently I get the text that there are shifts available but when I go to the app said shifts are not on the calendar.

    Great rideshare concept. Should have a better GPS, still dont have a live time tracking so you could see the hours your are working and how much you are getting paid for that hour (should have an option when online to see how much is the current hourly rate or flash blue). Their customer service sucks (text and email), (e-mail)takes days to reply. Definetely have to improve this app. It is so simple in this age of technology.

    scheduling hours is not fare an needs to be changed I waited for an hr with no hrs except hour I can not accommodated for next week I've had days 6:30 -2 p.m. but in last two weeks haven't been able to get in to get them an others toom them I'm very unhappy with this an am considering giving my notice

    Worst company ever. No live support at all. You have to text or email them for everything. App is always losing signal (while other app are still working), so you have to restart your phone each time. App does not offer the capability to end ride if rider gets out early, if you are too far from the indicated dropoff location. You will get a message letting you know that. People who work in Chicago office never can answer questions. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

    App cuts off a lot and places you in another demographic area that you're not scheduled to work. Will log you out multiple times. Sometimes the app will show you where to go and then it disappears and you don't know which direction to go. Sometimes the app will tell you one place to go. But it will not be the actual place to pick up or let off your rider. Location accuracy is a problem in picking up and dropping off.

    I am trying to get driving for VIA and app is not even working. I have also sent messages no response. Please help i loved driving took a break but wanna go back

    the company and it's policies are solid. but the app is lacking. it doesn't have any option to work with a destination filter like Uber, nor can you cash out if someone else is using the vehicle, even though you're not planning on going to work at that moment. sadly have to give 1 star just to get attention to the issue. also the app loses connection often and phone restart is required even though every other app seems to be working fine

    There is a difference between turn left and stay to the left. (OR RIGHT) Most confusing GPS ever. There is no place to check our earnings or how much we have worked. The website said there is quickpay it is not anywhere on the app for tri cities. there needs to be specific Instructions for pick and dropping and not in the middle of a busy street!!!! App and GPS are so bad.

    This is not about the app bec i dont even have a chance to use it. Never mention you need to have a credit card in order to quality for this job and not just any credit card, you need to have the ones that AVIS accepted. I was told AVIS doesnt take my credit card (VISA) because of the bank that issued it. Didnt know there is any difference between one VISA to another VISA. So bec of it, my application cant be moving forward ...

    The app is made from team of Rookies. Payments are not updated daily per Via dedication. I have been misquoted on the hours driven. You always have to drive far to even start getting paid. Once that trip ends your pay ends and then you have to drive again to another terminal and do it all her again. That is sketchy and unrealistic if you drive uber lyft you at least don't waiste time
